Larry was one man’s trash, a collection of rusted propane tanks and dented radiator grilles left to rot behind a local garage. Finding an old banjo, he transformed his metallic clunkiness into melody, becoming a soulful troubadour for everything the world had cast aside. Larry knows he was once nothing but a pile of junk, but as the music carries over the city noise, he realizes that being “trash” just meant he was finally free to become whatever he wanted to be.
